Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver exciting projects on time and on budget Respond to complex issues with innovative design solutions Lead projects from concept to completion Work collaboratively with the Associates and Directors Ability to lead and inspire others Prepare highly detailed Revit documentation Liaise with consultants Ensure outstanding project outcomes Skills & Experience Degree qualification in Architecture Current ARBV Registration (ideally) Min 8+ years professional experience with relevant sector work Experience in delivering high standard projects Revit proficiency and strong documentation skills Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable) Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills Genuine passion for design + flair and creativity Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy Enthusiastic approach with the ability to work independently Benefits & Culture A friendly, humble and welcoming team with good tenure WFH and flexibility opportunities Work-life balance is forefront Inner-suburbs studio Monthly architectural venue visits Frequent social events throughout the year
