Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver exciting projects on time and on budget
2. Respond to complex issues with innovative design solutions
3. Lead projects from concept to completion
4. Work collaboratively with the Associates and Directors
5. Ability to lead and inspire others
6. Prepare highly detailed Revit documentation
7. Liaise with consultants
8. Ensure outstanding project outcomes
Skills & Experience
9. Degree qualification in Architecture
10. Current ARBV Registration (ideally)
11. Min 8+ years professional experience with relevant sector work
12. Experience in delivering high standard projects
13. Revit proficiency and strong documentation skills
14. Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)
15. Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
16. Genuine passion for design + flair and creativity
17. Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
18. Enthusiastic approach with the ability to work independently
