We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, business management, and team leadership. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our growing organisation. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead our Finance, ICT, and Asset/Procurement functions while making a positive impact in the community.Key components of the role:
Develop and lead the financial strategy, forecasting and budgeting process
Develop and analyse fit for purpose metrics and reports for the CEO and Board
Spearheading ICT Management, digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives
Optimising asset management to maximise value and ensure compliance
Working closely with the Executive team to drive business growth and continuous improvement
Demonstrate positive interactions with employees and key stakeholders
Guide and coach managers to enhance financial literacy
Collaborate with Department manages to create departmental budgets and forecasts
What you bring:
Degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and leading a team.
CPA or CA qualification
Proven experience in business analysis, reporting, asset management, and procurement
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
Strong knowledge of financial management platforms and Microsoft Suite (advanced Excel)
