About the Role:
This Aboriginal community-controlled and multi-accredited health and wellbeing organisation is seeking an accredited and registered Speech Therapist/Pathologist for their Allied Health Professional team who are involved in primary/clinical care services delivered by the organisation. This position is suitable for either an experienced Speech Therapist/Pathologist or a new graduate.

This organisation is an Aboriginal community-controlled and multi-accredited health and wellbeing organisation that delivers services without discrimination to Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Bundaberg and the Wide Bay Burnett.
Duties:
1. Formal and informal assessment and treatment of children and adolescents.
2. Collaboration with family and other stakeholders to develop individualised and family-centred treatment plans that incorporate a holistic view of the client.
3. Managing a varied and complex clinical caseload independently and to a high standard.
4. Participation in team meetings.

10. Genuine interest in people and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Skills & Experience:
11. Bachelor/Master of Speech pathology.
12. New Grads are encouraged to apply! No previous experience is required.
Key Requirements:
13. Current AHPRA Registration or ability to obtain.
14. A current driver's licence is essential or ability to obtain.
15. A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
16. Complete COVID-19 Vaccination Status (as per IWC Policy)
17. A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD)* or ability to obtain.
18. A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain.
Salary Package:
Your Salary Package is made up of the following: -
19. Salary Sacrifice Packaging is valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding up to $4,000 to your take-home pay.
20. Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum.
21. CPD Allowance.
22. Professional Insurance.
23. 9-Day Fortnight (for full-time staff).
24. Superannuation is valued at 10.5%.
25. Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
