The Role Hudson has partnered with a high profile government agency looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of property management for their commercial properties, staff housing and government engagement centres.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fit out projects for a number of sites, leading minor capital works projects, accommodation management as well as working closely with the Property Service Provider to ensure leasing and facility management services are appropriately delivered.
Duties: Day to day management of the properties Liaison with the Property Service provider Internal and external stakeholder management Leasing under the Department of Finance rules and guidelines, working towards best practice and full compliance with the rules Contract management of minor and major capital projects Brief and bid writing Staff training, development and mentoring Understanding and interpreting legislation relevant to the property portfolio Supporting and back filing the team leadership Compliance with, and action and advice on WHS legislation in the individuals workplace as well as the broad property portfolio Managing junior staff If you are interested in the role, please submit via the link.
