Job Description
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is driven to make life-changing impacts on the lives of NDIS participants living in the ACT, along with wanting to work for an organisation which prides itself on clinical excellence.

About the role
On a daily basis you will be:
* Managing an allocated caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants get more out of life
* Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
* Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About you
* A passion for assisting vulnerable members of the local community in reaching their goals
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* An interest in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Qualifications
* Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
* Current full registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
