The Role: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an experienced nurse who, within the defined area of practice:
Works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and other senior staff, to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.Assists the NUM with the planning and management of staff and resources and provides operational leadership through the coordination of the day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.As an ANUM in community nursing, you'll be working across the following sites: Central Highlands (Ouse), New Norfolk, and Midlands (Oatlands), providing clients with care in either home or clinic settings.
Enjoy the country atmosphere, working in a rural area.Work with a caring team.Utilise and learn a diverse clinical skill set.Details of appointment: Fixed term, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 40 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately twelve (12) months.

Salary: $103,466 - $109,165 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
