You will consolidate your knowledge and skills in the perioperative journey, from admission to recovery and discharge, while assisting in both simple and complex endoscopic procedures.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be trained in cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our patients.
Your expertise will continue to grow as you develop from a competent to proficient practitioner, becoming a key member of a dedicated healthcare team.
In this leadership capacity, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in managing and guiding a team of nursing professionals.
Your responsibilities will include promoting continuity of care, assisting in implementing practice changes, and contributing to the overall management of the ward/unit/service.
You will also support the NUM in key administrative tasks such as performance management, recruitment, rostering, leave management, and financial planning.
About You We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
