Job Title: Guest Services Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Caversham Wildlife Park.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our visitors have an enjoyable and memorable experience at the park.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with ticketing, sales, and customer service tasks, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with ticketing, sales, and customer service tasks to provide an exceptional guest experience.
* Provide information and answer questions about the park and its attractions, handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
