Property Manager – SAL Mount Gambier

An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Mount Gambier on a fixed term 12-month contract has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA is preferrable, however we will consider those who are willing to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe.
Although this role is currently a 12-month fulltime contract there is the potential for a permanent position for a high performing applicant in the future. We are also open to discuss the opportunity of a part time role with a suitable applicant.
About the opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:
* Property inspections
* Tenant enquiries
* Processing tenancy applications
* Trust accounting
* Manage rental arrears.
* Property maintenance
* Regular contact with landlords
* Facilitating landlord statements
* Creditor payments
About you:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Exceptional customer service
* Previous exposure within real estate industry preferred.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Professional presentation and grooming
* Consistent attention to detail
* Exceptional time management skills
* Must have a full Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
