Within this you are responsible for the delivery of the product lines, projects and people you lead. You will be accountable for overall growth, whilst responsible for your own portfolio of current and new clients.What you’ll do:Lead teams engaged in business improvement projects, utilising Argon & Co. methodologies, creative thinking, and sound business practices.Proactively support all aspects of business development for the Perth Office.Play an active role in sales and networking by identifying and capitalising on opportunities for repeat business, as well as supporting the development of new prospects.Become highly familiar with all Argon & Co. materials and collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvements, additions, corrections, or clarifications.Drive client engagement through regular site visits, providing hands-on support while ensuring allocated training and development time.Contribute to positioning the business globally as the preferred partner for leaders seeking operational excellence.Take a leadership role in developing and coaching team members.This role requires a willingness to travel, primarily within Australia.What you'll bring:Ideally 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experienceStrong background in manufacturing and operations, with prior experience in selling and delivering supply chain consulting services at a senior level and/or managing supply chain operations.Significant experience in at least one of the following areas: manufacturing, maintenance and reliability, engineering, or operational excellence.Experience in heavy industry and mining.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand how P&L drivers impact day-to-day decisions.Proven ability to lead end-to-end supply chain transformations.Deep expertise in the industry, complemented by a broad network of industry contacts.Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing and coaching teams effectively.High professional standards, with a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and client-centricity.What we offer:Flexible annual leave: We are committed to support our employees’ well-being and work-life balance.
