Owned Media & Channels Manager - 12 months fixed term opportunity Do work that matters The purpose of this role is to support a connected and orchestrated presence of CBA in market, across our Owned Media Channels. This involves supporting the implementation of the owned media campaign activity; coordinated, efficient planning and campaign delivery/execution across owned channels aligned to business objectives; implementation of our media mix principles, and campaign execution and delivery across the newly established Paid and Owned Media CoE. Critical to this role is stakeholder management and the ability to work closely and collaboratively with Marketing team members, technology partners, group-wide business partners and agency partners.See yourself in our team Through a technical and deep understanding of our Owned Media Channels, this role will play a crucial role in the Chapter to deliver world-class marketing initiatives that increase the vibrancy of the CBA brand; drive brand of choice; drive demand centric marketing campaigns and NPS outcomes through highly impactful campaign execution across owned channel environments. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, platforms, and operationalising customer centric marketing through the specialisation of Owned Channel marketing.On any given day, you will: Lead the execution and delivery of Owned Channels campaign plans across platforms with primary focus on leading cross channel campaigns including ATMs and Statement production schedules. Support the execution and delivery of Owned Channels campaign plans and the broader Owned Channels Chapter to execute campaigns across Digital Merchandising Screens, Shopfronts, Media Walls, in-branch posters, in-branch activations and other owned channel environments where technical campaign execution support is required. Deliver and execute CBA and 3rd party partnership campaigns across Owned Media and Channels. Drive engagement with the owned media strategy through education of and partnership across Marketing. Problem solving across various Content Management Systems for content and campaign execution across platforms. Implement media mix principles, in partnership with Marketing Chapter Leads, for holistic channel management. Support governance and reporting on media investment and performance, in partnership with lead media agency and paid media team. Support and contribute to quarterly planning across the newly established Paid and Owned Media CoE, using the Pace framework to facilitate alignment and prioritisation. Work closely and collaboratively across CBA Group stakeholders, Marketing team members, technology and agency partners. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners, including Risk, Procurement, MCA Operations and Tech, Creative Services, Technologies and Operations and Agency Partners to ensure successful change management for owned media. We'd love to hear from people who have: Passion for technical specialisation and campaign execution across various Owned Marketing channels - previous experience leading marketing channel execution is desired. Sound understanding of marketing channels and media mix, including paid, owned and social media. Strong analytical, planning and prioritisation capability. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Well developed commercial acumen with Marketing/Media or Digital experience. Evidence of project management experience including time management and ability to influence and negotiate with senior colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. Ability to use strategic planning and thinking to build and deliver advertising and marketing plans aligned to key target metrics.
