An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and motivated person to build a career within Corporate Banking as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, in this portfolio in Corporate Banking, you will be dealing with clients who have a large volume of bank accounts with clients including large Professional services (Accounting, Legal and Engineering) and Business Services firms. Our Account Executives play an important role in generating high-quality customer service and relationship management. Your proactive servicing skills will be put to good use, anticipating needs whilst spotting and managing any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial and broader banking requests. You will respond to a large volume of daily account administration requests and at times conduct basic financial statement analysis, and regularly review customers accounts while making sure the relationships we have with our commercial clients are kept in just as good shape. Furthermore, you will take an active role is owning and managing escalations and seeing them through with internal and external stakeholders. What’s in it for me? You will have experience of partnering with corporate customers whilst being savvy and confident in problem solving. Speed to market on completing client requests is something you pride yourself on as well taking the initiative to see things through while liaising with all levels of risk, operations and management teams of the bank. You’ll also be a natural communicator as well as an insightful, strategic thinker, and will act as the point of contact to clients, working with their daily questions and inquiries. We are looking for confidence, a good fundamental understanding of deposit accounts, account flows and basic financial analysis, and someone who can work well in a high performing team.
