About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Complaint Officer to join our team in the Complaints Branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of complaints and make timely decisions to progress or close them as a delegated decision-maker.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
* Regularly engage with members of the public by phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Identify and escalate issues that require further attention.
What We Offer
$58.00 per hour + super (plus other benefits)
Contract Details
Initial 5-month contract with possibility of extension
