The Senior Human Resource Advisor will be responsible for providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely HR and people management initiatives, HR projects, and intervention activities across CHC Helicopter (Australia) for the APAC region. All you have to do is get on board. As Senior HR Advisor your duties will include: Development, implementation and maintenance of best practice HR Policies and Procedures. Provision of an effective HR Operations ‘end to end’ service culture. Partnering with business leaders to develop strategies that will drive cultural development, employee engagement, change, and performance management. Working with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent. Maintaining data integrity and information quality given the breadth of operation across all components of HR. Maintaining knowledge of current practice, legislation, policies and procedures in relation to the delivery of HR initiatives and identifying improvements where appropriate. To be successful as the Senior HR Advisor, you will have the following attributes. Qualifications : Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related or equivalent experience. Skills/Experience : Demonstrable experience creating HR processes and related procedures. Demonstrable experience in interpreting and applying Industrial Agreement and Award conditions within a complex and multi-faceted industrial landscape.
