You will work closely with designated TOC leads and estimating teams to ensure seamless project preparation. In collaboration with the Program Controls Manager, you will provide regular and detailed updates on project progress and status.If you are passionate about sustainable infrastructure and want to be part of a team making a real impact on our communities, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities of the role include:Identify and manage required teams to deliver preliminary servicesPrepare works delivery submissions including estimation, methodology and program schedule.Present project overview in required governance meetingsAttend site inspections as required and identify site specific conditions and their impact on project costs and programProgram and sequence work in a practical and efficient manner and identify production rates and program in consultation with the delivery teamDevelop accurate estimates through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costsWork with allocated TOC estimatesPartake in construction methodology reviews to arrive at most cost-effective construction solutionFinancial project status reportingBenefitsAttractive remuneration packageConfirmed 5-year program of Infrastructure projects in handCareer development and trainingSupportive and collaborative team environmentSkills & ExperienceThe minimum requirements for the role are as follows:Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, preliminary services or project delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure and pipeline construction projectsExperience with Expert Estimator Software is a mustAdvanced skills in Microsoft Suite and OutlookExperience in Developing TOC (Target Outturn Cost / RAMP EstimatesProficient in the use of MS Project/PrimaveraMust be able to manage to timeframes with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationshipsStrong financial and commercial acumenAbility to liaise positively with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work in a variety of projects ranging from low to high value tendersCurrent Driver’s LicenseAbout UsDormway is a well-regarded, family run company specialising in the construction of civil infrastructure and pipelines.
