This role will support the Property Marketing team with administrative duties and assist in managing and improving our operational systems. The role is part of our collaborative and high energy Australian Corporate Marketing team and is part of our dedicated Property Marketing & Digital team.We pride ourselves on having the most innovative property and digital marketing team in the industry and value team members who are proactive and contribute to innovative ideas that enhance efficiency and brand compliance.Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:Assist in the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systemsMonthly/regular reporting on client funded marketing, email marketing and in-house digital media campaignsManage all invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliersAct as a guardian of the Colliers brandTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing CloudStrong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to troubleshoot system issues and support users with operational system-related problemsExperience in data entry, reporting and managing invoicesProficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint).Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance.Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
