About Us
The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.
The Corporate Services team is responsible for the management and delivery of effective Finance, Human Resources, Quality & Accreditation, Information & Communications Technology, and Administrative systems, policies, processes, and support operations to enable IUIH to meet its business objectives.
About the Role
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, providing front of house reception to staff, visitors, and guests at Head Office. The position is also responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administration and communications support services to assist Managers and Staff meet business objectives.
* Coordinate provision of efficient front desk reception services
* Coordinate effective management and recording of incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Provide general administration support to IUIH staff including photocopying, compilation of materials/folders, and preparation for conferences
* Ensure effective greeting and phone answering and message processes
* Assist with arrangements for Board meetings and other required committees, as required

* Current Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain
