Part-time Admin Officer position based in Ulverstone
Your new company
This construction company, based on the North West Coast of Tasmania, operates in the civil space and prides themselves on delivering the highest quality product whilst building relationships along the way. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team in an ongoing temporary capacity.
Your new role
As an Administration Assistant, your core duties will be providing administration support to the Office Manager and the rest of the business. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Reception duties
* General administration
* Scanning and archiving files
* Format and implement company document templates
* Data entry of invoices
* Work closely with and support the Office Manager
* HR supports uploading certificates
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you'll have demonstrated experience in Administration, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience. You'll also have the following:
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Proactive nature and a high level of initiative
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
* Excellent time management skills
* Being a team player
* Strong client focus
