* Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from inception through to completion, including creative input, proofing, and some copywriting.
* Manage onboarding processes, client briefings, and project delivery, ensuring all phases run smoothly.
* Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, conflict resolution, and setting realistic expectations.
* Provide leadership and support to a team of creative professionals, guiding them to ensure successful project execution.
* Collaborate with media, creative, and strategy teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
* Review and manage digital and website projects, including functionality testing, scope verification, and detailed feedback to developers, ensuring alignment with design standards before delivery to clients.
* Create and monitor timelines, ensuring that expectations are communicated clearly across both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Implement internal systems and operational improvements to enhance overall team efficiency and workflow.
* Partner with the accounts team to manage billing processes and monitor milestones.
Required:
* Experienced in leveraging project management platforms such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, print, brand collateral, and hands-on experience with WordPress and Ecommerce platforms.
