About the role!
Become a key player at NEC by driving, delivering, and leading our Managed Services for a government client. As the Senior Account Delivery Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the customer and NEC, ensuring the overall delivery and performance of IT Network Services. You’ll work closely with the customer to resolve any service issues and report on performance. Your responsibilities include managing service delivery to fulfill contractual commitments and implementing continuous improvements.
In this role, you will ensure that our IT services align with the customer's IT strategy, goals, and objectives while delivering services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
About you!
1. Extensive experience leading and managing technical teams in an IT managed services environment.
2. Strong experience in relationship management, working collaboratively with enterprise customers.
3. Previous experience in IT network infrastructure environments.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills to lead teams in troubleshooting and quickly resolving delivery issues.
5. Experience in providing support, supervising staff, and mentoring in tech support and service delivery.
6. Ensure customer infrastructure and services meet predefined SLAs and are fully operational.
7. Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery.
8. Manage change initiatives to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
9. Facilitate meetings to enhance team performance, service, and product quality.
10. Control finances, including accurate forecasting and budget management.
11. Communicate efficiently and accurately with the Account Manager.
12. Research and implement best practices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications Preferred:

14. Degree in Business or Management
