Based at our Regional Distribution Centre in Truganina, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing HR team, advancing your career with a leader in Australian supply chain solutions. Here’s what makes this exciting:
1. Be the Go-To Advisor: Be the first point of advisory support for employees and managers, providing general employment advice, resolving IR related queries, and offering policy guidance.
2. Elevate Performance: Support and coach leaders through the performance and development planning cycle to enhance the quality of performance conversations and outcomes
3. Solve Complex Issues: Conduct thorough investigations into grievances and disciplinary matters, recommending effective actions to resolve issues
4. Drive Insights: Analyse people data and trends to provide actionable recommendations that drive improvements and strategic decisions
5. Ensure Compliance: Interpret and advise on agreements and awards, ensuring our practices comply with Fair Work and other regulatory requirements.
6. Be Flexible: Be open to occasional travel to other sites to support broader HR operations as needed
Are you the one?
We’re looking for someone who is agile, proactive and thrives on navigating challenges and delivering solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will join a high performing HR team focused on continuous improvement, operational HR delivery and capability development. You can demonstrate:
7. A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Logistics or a relevant discipline
8. Proven experience working in a similar operational, blue collar IR Generalist role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain, or similar fast-paced industry.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and manage sensitive information
10. Impeccable organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize your workload, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
