About your new Role This critical role provides essential support to the Trilogy team, ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination, and contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives.
Provide daily office support, including collecting newspapers, distributing mail, stocking printers, cleaning kitchens, and maintaining meeting rooms. Manage stock levels for breakfast specials, snacks, kitchen supplies, and office stationery, while ensuring timely replenishment. Assist with organising and supporting internal events, such as social gatherings, team lunches, and charity events. Handle administrative tasks like organising couriers, managing office archiving, booking meetings, and assisting with HR calendar updates. Oversee office maintenance, including managing facilities like air conditioning, coffee machines, and office plants, while coordinating annual cleaning and repairs. About you With a passion for helping and getting things done, you would have the following experience: Strong organisational skills for daily office tasks, mail distribution, and stock management. Ability to manage and coordinate the replenishing of supplies. Experience assisting with event planning for social and internal events. Proficient in general administrative tasks using different software packages. Knowledge of office maintenance and facility management, ensuring smooth operations and upkeep. Why choose us?
