About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing and Communications Manager ANZ to lead marketing and communications efforts across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy (both B2C and B2B) for Australia and New Zealand, across a range of touchpoints and platforms.
* Work with agencies and designers to create top-tier marketing collateral, including written/visual content, advertising assets, ensuring alignment with JOLT's brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with advisors to develop and execute a PR strategy targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
* Leverage data analytics and market research to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring effective market positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
* Develop and execute growth strategies for JOLT's Digital out-of-home and in-app advertising offerings, leveraging data/analytics to drive revenue and support the Digital Media Advertising Sales team.
* Support JOLT's Electrical Vehicle Site finding ('Commercial') team in engaging with government entities and partners to advance their sustainability goals and EV roll-out programs.
* Develop and implement strategies to expand and retain JOLT's EV-charging customer base.
About You
* Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Media or similar.
* 8+ years in marketing, commercial advertising strategy and/or digital media or related role.
* Data-led approach: proven ability to leverage complex data trends to inform marketing strategies.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative global team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage up and to key stakeholders.
* Experience with marketing channel execution using a variety of mediums and channels such as out-of-home, digital, mobile and direct customer communications.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - you will be collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams internally, including senior leadership locally and globally, along with agencies/data providers/specialists externally.
