Brisbane head office, you'll assist in the delivery of our marketing and client service digital transformation.This digital transformation includes bringing to life the future state of Shine's client acquisition and client engagement strategies, through marketing automation and direct 121 communication strategies.In this 12 month fixed term, full-time role, you'll be responsible for translating complex requirements into actionable technical specifications for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.You'll gather, analyse, and document business requirements from a variety of stakeholders, ensuring requirements align with our business objectives of delivering increased quality new client acquisition and enhancing client service delivery.You'll be central in driving adoption and best practice use of marketing automation and segmentation tools, working closely with cross functional teams to implement usage across our business.Here's how you'll help us stay ahead of the pack: Business Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, legal, IT teams, and client services, to understand and document business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns.Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical requirements within user stories, with well-defined acceptance criteria.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Optimisation : Provide expert advice and recommendations on the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, including email marketing, automation, segmentation, journey mapping, and reporting to ensure optimal system performance and campaign success.Solution Design and Implementation : Design, configure, and implement SFMC solutions in line with business goals.Assist in setting up client journeys, creating automated workflows, and building reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimise and streamline marketing processes through automation and system enhancements.Propose improvements to workflows and data management to ensure scalability, efficiency, and data quality.Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and objectives.Communicate technical details in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties understand the business impact.Testing and Quality Assurance : Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or enhancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Ensure that all solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before go-live.Training and Support : Provide training to end-users on the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring that marketing teams are well-equipped to use the platform effectively.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.Reporting and Analytics : Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting capabilities to track campaign performance, provide insights on key metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.Recommend actions based on analysis to improve campaign outcomes and client engagement.What you'll bring .To thrive in this role, you'll have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and Reports.Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications within user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, and working with technical teams to implement solutions.Ability to design, configure, and implement marketing automation solutions that optimise business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large sets of data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting post-implementation activities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification or relevant Salesforce qualifications.Experience in service-related industry such as financial, superannuation, professional services or after service product support.In addition, exposure to: technical mapping of integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, Azure Dev Ops, Agile methodologies, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing automation, and environments that utilise Genesys Call Centre Platform and Workato Integration Platform, are
