We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
The Role
* Meet and greet visitors on-site.
* Handle and direct telephone enquiries.
* Maintain the kitchenette with supplies of tea, coffee, and biscuits.
* Receive deliveries via courier and mail.
* Distribute goods received and mail.
* Organise rooms for meetings.
* Assist departments with general administration duties.
Your Skills and Experience
* You will have extensive reception experience performing a range of duties.
* Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills.
* Able to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Professional, committed and strong work ethic.
* Able to work autonomously.
