Join our dedicated team as a Mental Health Clinician, providing holistic, evidence-based care to support recovery for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Working collaboratively with Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, you'll deliver comprehensive bio-psycho-social clinical assessments, treatment, and care plans that prioritise consumer centered and family inclusive practice.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying and prioritising needs for consumers and families.
Serve as the primary treating clinician within a multidisciplinary team focused on continuous improvement, community-based, evidence-based best practices Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
Evaluate treatments outcomes, ensuring optimal recovery for consumers and families.
Actively involve families in care delivery, promoting recovery-oriented practices in everyday clinical work.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills in daily clinical practice with respect to the routine, active involvement of families in the delivery of clinical treatments.
Rural teams are required to work weekends as rostered, as well as on-call rosters on weekends and afterhours.
