About Us:
We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:
Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention,
Using a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants' needs to guide our clinical reasoning,
Delivering much needed Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and
Collaborating with our local multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.
On a personal level, we are a dynamic bunch of clinicians who exude a passion for disability. We want to see the best in each other, just as we do our participants. Join our growing Sunshine Coast team in a permanent part-time capacity working 4 x days per week.
Qualifications
About you:
Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
Experience working in the NDIS
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
