Wizard Pharmacy Willetton is looking for a driven motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our team.

About the role:
The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy and driving the team to achieve success.
The role is full-time.
You will receive training and mentoring in the role with a coaching and collaborative approach. There are also lots of development opportunities and support provided by the Wizard Pharmacy Services team.
The store is in the local shopping centre with an IGA, near a doctors surgery and surrounded by delicious food. We do about 130 scripts per day and have an amazing dedicated team.
Vaccination services are offered including Covid vaccines.

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
* Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
* Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required
* Strong and effective communication skills
* Experience in leading and developing others
* Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies
* Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem-solving and excellent customer service skills
* Goal-oriented
* Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
* You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
