Synaco Global Recruitment is currently seeking skilled and experienced Mechanics (Both Diesel and Unleaded) to join our team at a leading Bus Manufacturer located in Shepparton. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in performing mechanical assembly tasks, utilising your in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, general mechanical skills, and proficiency with power tools.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include:
* Performing mechanical assembly tasks according to established guidelines and specifications.
* Utilising your knowledge of mechanical systems to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of buses.
* Demonstrating general mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
* Operating power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools, to complete assembly tasks effectively.
* Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements for the role:
* Sound knowledge and experience of mechanical assembly techniques and processes of both Diesel and Unleaded engines.
* Strong experience and expertise in automotive mechanical systems.
* Proficiency in using power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools.
* A solid work history, demonstrating your experience and reliability.
* Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Criminal Check.
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
