Job Title: National Sales Director

The National Sales Director is a critical role that drives revenue growth and improves gross margins for Pitney Bowes in the ANZ market. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding market reach and penetration.

* Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with regional and global objectives, focusing on revenue growth and gross margin improvements.
* Revenue and Gross Margin Growth: Set ambitious revenue targets and work towards improving gross margins through efficient sales processes and innovative solutions tailored to the ANZ market.
* Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performance sales team, mentoring, training, and developing team members to excel in their roles.
* Market Expansion and Penetration: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within ANZ to expand market reach and penetration.
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Financial and Operational Management: Oversee sales operations, monitoring and managing financial performance, and reporting regularly on performance metrics.
* Compliance and Ethical Standards: Uphold and advocate Pitney Bowes' high standards of integrity and compliance, ensuring all sales practices adhere to local and international laws.

Requirements
* Education: Master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
* Skills and Competencies: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, strong negotiation and communication abilities, deep understanding of the Japanese market and industry trends.
