Our client, a busy two-site general medical practice in Albany, is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP passionate about rural medicine to enjoy a rewarding career with fantastic work-life balance in one of Western Australia's most stunning locations.
A Premier Practice
* Busy and long established practice with two practice locations in Albany, WA.
* Full-time nursing staff and a team of dedicated administration staff.
* Practice sites are located within proximity of the local pharmacies, pathology and radiology and Albany Health Campus.
* Operate Monday to Friday with option to work a one in six week On-Call roster.
* Broad patient base and scope of practice which includes family, women's, men's, chronic disease, skin, sports, emergency, palliative, geriatric and indigenous health, chronic disease management and complex, comorbidity cases.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive general practice services to a diverse patient base
* Manage acute and chronic conditions, including complex and comorbid cases
* Offer preventative health advice and education to patients
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practice's software system
* Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Medical Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or eligible for registration
* FRACGP or equivalent qualification
* Experience working as a GP, with a passion for rural medicine
* High-level English language skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing patient-centred care
* Proficiency in the use of medical software and technology
