About the Role
This is a Tuesday to Saturday position in our fast-paced customer service environment. You will provide a professional welcome to clients visiting our MICM Real Estate Southbank office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Screen telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
2. Efficiently handle client enquiries to maintain a positive company image.
3. Issue and receive keys to contractors, owners, and renters; assist with renter application enquiries.
4. Process rental, owner's corporation, and sales fees.
5. Operate the Microsoft Teams phone system.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Reception area.
2. Professionally presented with a strong commitment to customer service.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
5. Mandarin language speaking encouraged.
