Aged Care Casual Cleaner (6am to 3pm) - Armstrong Creek, VIC

We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across Melbourne and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills to join our team at TLC Warralily Gardens (2 Freda Rd, Armstrong Creek 3217).
* Casual position, Monday to Friday.
* Availability must be from 6am to 3pm.
* Candidates with full-time work rights; the shifts are more than 24 hours per week.
As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and/or washroom cleaning across common/public areas and within resident rooms.
* Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
* Completing equipment checks.
* Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager and reporting any issues.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
In addition, as you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:
* Right to Work in Australia
* A valid Police Check
* Necessary vaccinations (3 x Covid-19)
* Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear a mask throughout the entire shift.
