Customer Service Attendants support the daily business operations by providing an exceptional customer service experience in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Customer Experience ? Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers ? Process all transactions in the Point of Sale (POS) system ? Participate in, and promote, site marketing and promotional programs Food Handling and Safety ? Prepare and store food in accordance with Local Council and Mood Food regulations and procedures ? Prepare exceptional food and coffee in accordance with the Mood Food Bible ? Regularly monitor food temperatures and record data ? Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas Site Cleanliness and Maintenance ? Dip fuel tanks when required and record data ? Ensure merchandise is displayed safely and in accordance with site and promotional requirements ? Participate in stocktaking as required ? Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and stock levels in all areas, including but not limited to: - Driveway and forecourt areas - Fuel pumps - Shop - Rest room facilities - Console areas The successful applicant will possess the following: ? Outstanding interpersonal skills ? Clean police check ? Able to pass a drug and alcohol test ? Ability to work independently, and as part of a team ? High level of written and verbal communication skills ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision ? High level of autonomy and self-drive ? A hands-on attitude and willingness to go above and beyond ? Completion of Grade 10 is preferred These Customer Service Attendant roles are based at Mood Food Grand Central in Launceston.
Successful applicants will be required to work across a 24hr roster, this includes night shifts.
