How will I help?
This is a really important role for us! You’ll combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll network and build relationships while tapping into your existing networks and partnering with the local community.
Partnering with internal specialists and working across a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, you’ll service our customers across Victoria, allowing a seamless and easy transaction for your customer, as well as first-party new to bank deals.

What do I need?
Plenty of ambition, confidence, and people skills – as you’ll need that to build your networks and steer new business in the right direction. Along with that, you’ll have a proven track record for new business and account management – and plenty of experience in managing B2B partnerships. Like everyone who works with Westpac, you’ll make every decision with the customer front and centre.
