Full job description We are looking for an Administrative assistant to support the procurement team in Cockburn. As an experienced Administrator, you will be responsible for taking on a range of office duties which will support the workflow of a busy team. Your duties will include: Manage a high volume of email and phone correspondence on behalf of the team Diary management Minute taking and meeting preparation Word processing Data & records management Assist with purchase orders and procurement needs General administration duties as required What you'll need to succeed/ Experience Previous administration experience Previous procurement experience is desirable Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Great communication (verbal and written) skills A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain) What you'll get in return The role is being offered on an initial temporary contract for an immediate start.
