This role involves ensuring efficient and secure I.T operations, managing staff and resources, and aligning technology initiatives with the College's educational and operational objectives.To be considered, applicants must possess the following attributes: Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proven experience in managing I.T operations across multiple sites, ideally within the education sector.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration, service delivery, and effective communication across all levels.Expertise in network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and I.T infrastructure.Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms such as Synergetic, Schoolbox or similar systems.Demonstrated ability to document processes, procedures, and incident reports clearly and thoroughly, ensuring consistency and compliance.Experience with Microsoft (Azure AD/integrations), Google (Workspaces administration/integrations), Cloudfare, and JAMF services.Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing I.T teams, with a proven track record in change management and strong people management capabilities.The successful applicant will hold a WWCC and the right to work in Australia.Key benefits of working at Ilim College include: Active Staff AssociationDynamic work environmentAll successful candidates will be expected to work in and support the Islamic ethos of the school.
