This company continuously adapts to their environment and drives and challenges themselves to do better to help their customers. They are seeking a number of Customer Service Officers for a new project that has landed.
Please note that our team are currently pipelining for multiple intakes across the coming weeks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing calls and emails to support and assist customer queries within a timely manner
2. Supporting customers in their use of company products and services
3. Handling complaints in a highly professional manner
4. Ensuring quality of products and services are delivered to customers by following processes and procedures
5. Proactively liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
6. Supporting internal teams with customer issues and escalations as and when needed
To be successful in this role, you will:
7. Have a minimum of 3 months experience working within a call centre environment or minimum 6 months experience in a customer service position
8. Proven experience meeting targets/KPIs
9. Have strong communication skills
10. Have a willingness to learn
These are contract/temporary positions offering 38 hours per week (7.6 hours per day) on a rotating roster between 6am - 10pm Monday to Sunday.
Successful applicants are required to pass a criminal history check, we request that all applicants have access to 100 points of ID to ensure a criminal history check can be processed when deemed successful.
Applicants must be available to work weekends on a rotational basis.
