About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity available for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife to join the team to provide a comprehensive midwifery service for our consumers accessing our Women's Health Clinic for antenatal care as well as our Maternity Assessment Unit.
This position works closely with consumers to identify needs for specialised services, implement referrals and provide support.
Our Midwives provide clinical expertise including being a resource person in the delivery and coordination of nursing and midwifery care within the Women's Health Clinic and the Maternity Assessment Unit as required, whilst maintaining compliance with the Australian Code of Practice for Midwives.
