Job Description: Growth Marketing Manager - ANZ
The Growth Marketing Manager in ANZ will be involved in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business growth among emerging opportunities within the Mid-Market.
You will spearhead pipeline accelerating programs collaborating with content, marketing automation, finance, data, digital, and more to bring key mid-market activations to life, ensuring customer value, consistency, quality, and impact for the initiatives executed.
Responsibilities include bringing together insights and strategy to develop coordinated marketing campaigns, experimenting through new initiatives leveraging the full marketing funnel and channels to tell the story of Nearmap, driving awareness, comprehension, value realization, and intent that inspires prospective and existing mid-market businesses to choose and continue using Nearmap.
This is a newer focused target segment for Nearmap in ANZ, presenting a great opportunity for an experienced growth marketer to make an immediate impact by helping to build the go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Stand as the Mid-Market champion and lead with influence.
* Formulate and execute end-to-end full funnel world-class marketing programs to drive pipeline by utilizing market research and comprehensive campaign analysis.
* Develop the Nearmap value proposition for the mid-market segment in collaboration with Product Marketing.
* Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
* Test new channels such as content syndication, lunch & learns, webinars, Account Based Marketing, direct mail, roundtables, trade shows, or virtual experiences.
* Execute Account Based Marketing programs, both 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 in collaboration with Sales teams.
* Cross-sell and upsell customer campaigns introducing existing customers to the value of premium products.
* Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels while testing messages, channels, and opportunities.
* Partner with CSMs and customer marketing to support customer retention goals.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and analytics teams to track, analyze, and report initiative performance against key KPIs and budget.
* Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across cross-functional departments.
* Work with Sales teams on lead follow-up.
* Closely track marketing budgets and demonstrate fiscal responsibility when delivering marketing assets and activities.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience working in growth marketing, mid-market, or similar role (B2B, preferably in Technology/Saas).
* Experience in building and executing growth marketing strategies.
* Experience in customer retention.
* Experience in developing and executing full-funnel, end-to-end marketing campaigns.
* Serious bonus points if you have:
o Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries.
o Familiarity with Mid-Market.
