We are seeking suitably qualified or experienced care providers who are looking for stable employment supporting clients living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses within the Kingaroy and Wondai area.
We are looking for people who are:
Are able to work within a roster which includes day, afternoon, overnight and weekend shifts
Are looking for consistent hours.
Enjoy working within a supportive team.
Can assist clients with in-home support, personal care, meal support, assist medication, and domestic assistance.

Requirements
We are looking for a person who has;
Current First Aid and CPR
Positive National Police Check
Open Australian Driver’s Licence (current)
Current Vehicle Registration and Compulsory Third-Party Insurance
Current Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow)
Positive Working with Children (Blue) Card
COVID-19 Immunizations (minimum of two)
Current Influenza Immunization (annual)
Complete Pre-employment Health Declaration outlining any pre-existing conditions (as detailed in section 571 of the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003)
