An experienced PSRA licensed Residential Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in block management.The successful candidate should be able to hit the ground running by being proactive, demonstrating strong initiative and introducing further efficiencies. This position has potential for further career progression.Duties are varied and include daily communication directly with clients, attending/chairing directors meetings, AGMs and EGMs, and reporting to the Board of Directors.The successful candidate will deal with building structural issues, compile/organise planned preventative maintenance schedules, and budgeting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010+ and property-related CRM systems is required for this role.You must be fluent in both written and oral English.
