The role Full time, Continuing Level 9 - $128,874 to $136,173 (plus 17% superannuation) Albury Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga You will work directly with the Clinical Director to provide the strategic direction and management of the Charles Sturt Dental Clinics based at our various campus locations.
Your focus will be on the administrative, client relationship, management, marketing and financial functions of the clinics.
You will ensure compliance and adherence to accreditation frameworks in line with legislation and university policies and guidelines.
You will lead a culture of continuous improvement across all Charles Sturt Dental Clinics to ensure that best practices are adopted promoting the best patient care model at all times.
About you Qualifications, skills and/or experience relevant to the role.
Demonstrated management experience in areas not limited to operational planning, team management and process improvement initiatives Business management experience including financial management in the higher education or dentistry / health care industry.
