THE CLIENT
Our client is an impressive property firm with a high-net-worth portfolio and well-established relationships in the Perth market. They now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Manager to join their team of high performers, looking after their property portfolio.
THE ROLE
As Retail Property Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
* Managing a quality portfolio of Shopping Centres and Commercial Assets
* Attending regular property inspections and reporting
* Managing repairs and maintenance
* Financial management of rents, leases, and outgoings including arrears
* Insurance and Essential Safety Measures management and coordination
* Liaison with tenants, maintaining excellent relationships
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You will be highly motivated with a results-driven mindset. You will also have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
* A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to execute tasks in a timely manner with high-quality results
* A responsible and reliable work ethic
* Relevant work experience in a property management environment
* A willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge
* Sound knowledge of the retail act
QUALIFICATIONS
A valid Certificate of Registration is essential
