We seek a professional with approximately 5 years of experience, looking for a change and wanting to grow in their role.ResponsibilitiesTax return preparation for various entities, including individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, and superannuation funds.Conduct client interviews to collect information and complete tax returns.Liaise with clients regarding missing information and queries.Provide accounting advice to clients.Prepare BAS and IAS statements.Prepare financial statements for year-end and interim periods.Liaise with the ATO regarding client issues and queries.Reconcile Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other software, as well as manual cashbooks.Research tax-related issues.Report to the client manager for review, queries, and progress on clients.Prepare invoices upon instruction from the client manager.RequirementsAround 5 years of solid accounting experience within a Public Practice.High-level attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and innovative approach.Flexible and adaptable demeanor.An enthusiastic team player.Maintaining confidentiality and discretion.A strong work ethic.Presentation and punctuality are essential.Working ArrangementsWe require candidates available to work weekdays.More than 4 years of relevant work experience are necessary for this role.Working rights are required for this position.
