Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with extensive experience in structural integrity projects to support a long-term SI program of works for our operations in West Pilbara. The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to the project, including tasks such as scoping of remedial scopes of work, implementation of effective remediation methods, building client relationships and preparation of high-quality reporting. Identify opportunities to complete scopes outside of major shutdown windows. Assist in developing and maintaining a system to accurately measure and track quantities for schedule adjustment and calculation of claims. Management of data for KPI tracking and reporting purposes. Provide detail information and direction for the creation of a detailed schedule. Manage the procurement of materials, consumables and equipment. Manage all quality documentation, ensuring all documentation is completed as per the relevant standards and specifications. Manage the MDR and RSW compilation records. Review and approve all TQs and RFIs. Coaching of Graduate engineers and Project engineers within the team. Planning of shuts and resources to ensuring the team is set up for success. What you'll bring: Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline. Previous on-site experience, specifically in structural integrity scopes. Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions. Ability to manage the short and long term planning. Strong understanding of project commercials, budgeting and scheduling. Demonstrated problem solving ability and excellent communication skills. Ability to think outside the box and produce innovative ideas. Proof of right to work in Australia.
