Plays a key role in supporting managers and team members, enabling them to focus on their primary responsibilities while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.Job ContextAdministrative duties relating to enquiries, quotations, order processing, and order logistics as well as maintaining proper project and order filling.The role will report directly to the Sales Director – Australasia.Job DimensionsNumber of Staff Supervised: NilDirect Reports: NilPayment & Other Authorizations: As per DoAKey AccountabilitiesIncluding but not limited to:Primary• Assisting with Travel Arrangements, assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.• Coordinate logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.• Provide general administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.• Assisting with Expense Reports for Sales Director• Manage administrative tasks ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and repairs.• Working with a broad internal Lucy Electric team in other departments necessary to coordinate and drive business success.
