Programmed Training Services is excited to offer a Civil Construction Traineeship specialising in Road Construction and Maintenance in Warwick, QLD.
Throughout the traineeship, you will be hosted with a major civil construction company, RoadTek - whom provide excellent mentoring, training and encourage teamwork and innovation within their business. RoadTek provides transport and infrastructure solutions throughout Queensland, a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Your Role: As a Trainee Civil Construction Worker, you will work on major infrastructure projects in Warwick and the surrounding region. You will:
Learn to construct and rehabilitate roads and road furniture.Plan and organise work, carry out measurements and calculations.Read and interpret plans and specifications.Use hand and power tools and potentially obtain plant/machinery accredited tickets.Ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely, complying with Workplace Health and Safety Legislation.Requirements: Mandatory: OHS Construction White Card, current driver's license, reliable transport, flexibility to work days/nights and away on a roster, strong commitment to complete the traineeship and a motivated attitude.A pre-employment medical examination (including drug and alcohol screening) is required.
