About the role As Change Manager in the Strategic Projects and Policy Branch, you’ll help develop change frameworks for the Department. Some of your key duties will include: Lead, support, design, and/or deliver change management activities. Foster a communicative and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. Contribute to project-related impact assessments and develop measurable strategies to maximise engagement. Provide specialist advice and coaching to Project Managers, Senior Managers, and teams on emerging issues and risks. Carry out a change process that has started and requires continuing efforts to see through to completion. Desirable requirements Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Change Management, or a related discipline. Accreditation from a relevant association or body (e.g. Prosci).
