Job Title: Administrator - Workers Compensation
We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our Injury Management team and drive a continuous improvement approach in our workers compensation program.
About the Role:
* Deliver administration support to the Injury Management specialist and general portfolio including other key stakeholders
* Full-time position with flexible working arrangements, requiring occasional site-based travel
* Brisbane-based role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Injury Management team, including the Head of Workers Compensation
* Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and efficient processing of information
* Communicate effectively with business managers, employees, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being able to work independently
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration/support type roles, preferably with exposure to workers compensation and insurance
* Excellent computer skills, including speed and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and organisational tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
